Random Glossary term

  • Four Blocker ( 4 Blocker )

A presentation style where a single page is divided into four sections. The most common sections are What (scope), Issues/Risks/Changes (controls), Achieved Activities, and Next Activities. This is a quick way to give a progress update on a project and a common format for a Project Steering Committee.Find examples here: http://pmfiles.com/2014/1834/
